Mead Apartment Cabling

AL / IL Cabling: 

The Mead has very limited cabling running from IL apartments to our closets.  Most apartments have phone cabling running back to our closets, or, closets that we do not use.

In order to provide cabling for each resident, we would need to pull back a single "Uplink" cable to each room. Some rooms have this already depending on their needs. 

Cottage Cabling: 

Cottages are even further limited. Further discovery necessary but we currently have Coax taps on each cottage. These could be leveraged to split Copper over.
