Village Cabling Breakdown

General knowledge: 

The Village by far is the most modern construct we have on campus. With recent discovery, it has been found that every cottage, apartment (IL and AL), and villa has CAT ran to them. This will be massively beneficial come the time to run AP's in each room.

Each room has one or two copper strands terminating in our IDF's and MDF's. 

AL and IL apartment configuration:

Each apartment has a media box in the room. These can be in either closets, or washing rooms. For AL, it will be in their washing / drying room. For IL, it will be a closet.

Labeling: 

Labeling in each room is dependent on it's room number. For instance, in the IL example, this was room 3302. It's uplinks were 3302A and B. Each drop in the room was labeled "V1" or "Vx". 

For AL it was. 602A and 602B. 

For Villas, the labeling is their room number. These terminate to IDF's located in the garage of each building.
