How to add a shared mailbox to your outlook

Adding a shared inbox via Outlook Web: 

  1. Head to outlook.com
  2. Log into Outlook with your RiverMead Account 
  3. Once logged in, look for "Add account" on the left hand side of your screen:

  4. Once found, type in the email you want to add, in this example, I am searching for software@rivermead.org

  5. Enter the password for the account you are trying to add
  6. Once logged in, you should see your inbox appear as such directly under your email:
