How to add a shared mailbox to your outlook

Adding a shared inbox via Outlook Web: 

  1. Head to outlook.com on your device.
  2. Once logged in, head over to the "View" bar, then "View Settings"

  3. Within "View Settings" click on "Account" then "Shared with me"

  4. Click "Add" then type in your email. In this example, we are using "Life Enrichment".

    Once you click "Continue" You should see a confirmation;

  5. Once completed, head to your inbox, and you should see the email listed. This will carry over to any device, or app you sign into.
