Updating a Resident's Profile

Residents each have an individual profile in TheWorxHub. If you need to make any changes to a resident’s profile, please follow these directions to update their information.

Please note that you need to have the correct permissions in TWH to be able to make these changes. If you are unable to view or edit a resident’s profile, please reach out to your manager to make these changes on your behalf.

Step 1: From the WorxHub dashboard, click “Search” on the left bar.

Step 2: Click “Locations/Residents” on the top bar. Type the name or unit number of the resident in the “Location/Resident” bar and click the green “Search Now” button. When the results appear, click the resident’s name to open their profile.

Step 3: From this page, you can change the resident’s contact information (home/cell phone, email address). Please do not edit important information such as names, move-in date, and account number as this will affect the billing system.

If you scroll down, you can edit the resident’s settings for specific modules by clicking the drop-down menus.

If you make any changes, be sure to click the “Save” button at the bottom of the page!

Entry Instructions: if the resident has not given permission for maintenance to enter their residence, leave the “Can enter to perform maintenance” box unchecked. If the resident has specific instructions for entry every time (ex. “cat tries to escape”, “knock loudly”, etc), those can be added in the text box and will appear on every work order they submit for Facilities to see.

Transportation: If the resident consistently uses a wheelchair when they use RiverMead transportation, check the box that says “Requires accessible vehicle”. If the resident has any special notes for transportation (ex. “doesn’t like the A/C on”, “needs extra time to get in vehicle”), those can be added in the text box and will appear on every trip they are added to for the driver to see.

Step 4: Click “Save” to save your changes. You’re all set!
