PaperCut and iPads

If there are any issues with printing, please reach out to RiverMead IT or NetCov.

This guide will show you how to print with PaperCut on an iPad, and will explain the queues.

  1. On your iPad, look for the search icon. Once found, press it and search for “Print”

  2. Once clicked, your printing options will show up. The only printers we care about are RMP_B&W and RMP_Color. If you need to print in color, send it to the color queue, otherwise it will be Black and White.

  3. Once you click the printer you need, you will be prompted for a user name and password. In this case, you will put your pin code in for both the username and password on your iPad. This may prompt two times.
