How to add a shared mailbox to your outlook

Adding a shared inbox via Outlook Web: 

  1. Head to outlook.com
  2. Log into Outlook withon your RiverMead Accountdevice.
  3. Once logged in, lookhead forover "Add account" onto the left"View" handbar, sidethen of"View your screen:

  4. Once found, type in the email you want to add, in this example, I am searching for software@rivermead.org

  5. EnterWithin the"View passwordSettings" forclick theon account"Account" then "Shared with me"

  6. Click "Add" then type in your email. In this example, we are using "Life Enrichment".

    Once you areclick trying"Continue" toYou addshould see a confirmation;

  7. Once loggedcompleted, in,head to your inbox, and you should see yourthe inboxemail appearlisted. asThis suchwill directlycarry underover yourto email:any device,

    or

    app you sign into.
